Actually SIG_NUM and SIG_NAME in config_h.SH *do* have the 0 at the
end because they are generated from sig_num_init and sig_name_init,
respectively (not from sig_num and sig_name).  I believe Jarkko has
already patched Porting/Glossary to reflect what Configure has always
done: sig_num_init and sig_name_init have trailing 0, but sig_num and
sig_name do not.
