spurious redefined warnings with -c
Message ID:

perl -c appears to give unnecessary 'redefined' warnings:

	% cat Foo.pm
	package Foo;
	use warnings;
	use Bar;
	sub x { 42 }
	1;

	% cat Bar.pm
	package Bar;
	use Foo;
	1;

	% perl -c Foo.pm
	Subroutine x redefined at Foo.pm line 6.
	Foo.pm syntax OK

But:

	% perl -MFoo -we 0
	% perl -MFoo -Mwarnings -e 0
	%

This is on both 5.6.1 on Solaris 2.8 and 5.9.0 on Linux. Am I missing
something, or is this perlbugworthy?
