Oddly enough, I just ran up against the same warning message (only occurs if
PERL_DESTRUCTION_LEVEL==2) while trying to get the next phase of version objects
going. I'm getting it from op/stash.t once I create a version object for
PL_patchlevel; it's not in my code, so it has to be in the overload code itself,
which is going to make it a bear to find.

Is there any way to dump out the scalar just prior to destructions, since I
cannot use sv_dump() during the global destruction phase?

John
