This is a bug report for perl from sam@airtrout.tregar.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.26 running under perl 5.006001.

I'm getting a compilation failure trying to compile an rsync'd bleadperl on
Redhat Linux 7.1 (not the machine running perlbug unfortunately - perlbug
doesn't want to accept mail from behind my NAT):

make[2]: Entering directory /home/sam/bleadperl/ext/Devel/PPPort/harness'
/home/sam/bleadperl/miniperl "-I../../../../lib" "-I../../../../lib" -e
"require qq{../PPPort.pm}; Devel::PPPort::WriteFile(qq{ppport.h})"
Can't load module Devel::PPPort, dynamic loading not available in this perl.
  (You may need to build a new perl executable which either supports
  dynamic loading or has the Devel::PPPort module statically linked into
it.)
 at -e line 1
Compilation failed in require at -e line 1.
make[2]: *** [ppport.h] Error 255
make[2]: Leaving directory /home/sam/bleadperl/ext/Devel/PPPort/harness'
make[1]: *** [subdirs] Error 2
make[1]: Leaving directory /home/sam/bleadperl/ext/Devel/PPPort'
make: *** [lib/auto/Devel/PPPort/PPPort.so] Error 2

I tried a "make realclean" and then redoing "sh Configure -Dusedevel -des;
make" but got the same error.
