Installed.t BeOS failures

Do the following lib/ExtUtils/t/Installed.t failures ring a bell?
If no bells ring, no sweat, I did upgrade README.beos to list this
as a known failure.

AFAICT BeOS has a pretty standard UNIX/POSIXish filesystem naming,
root /, forward slashes, case-sensitive, sorting by ASCII/Latin-1.
