That one has bugged me for quite a while.  Here's a patch that copies the
methods documentation from File::Spec::Unix into File::Spec, minus Unix
specifics and plus examples for all the methods that were missing them.
Also some tweaks to the documentation for File::Spec::Unix.

BTW, I removed the F<> markup from the email addresses in the list of
authors, because F<> is intended for filenames.
