Hi Mr. Barr,

i found no email adress in the libnet package, so i write
to the porters list.

The new package doesn't include the PH and SNPP, but
it is tested for in t/require.t which results in an error.

I don't know if it is enough to remove the two lines from
the test. I installed with CPAN-Module yesterday and it works
o.k., too, but now i have problems here at my home box.
