I just rsync'd perlsnap into a fresh directory and got missing files
when I tried to run Configure:

ls: opcode.h: No such file or directory
ls: opnames.h: No such file or directory
ls: pp.sym: No such file or directory
ls: pp_proto.h: No such file or directory

I ran the "make regen_headers" stuff manually and Configure is now
happy.

Just FYI
