This is a bug report for perl from horwitz@argoscomp.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.33 running under perl v5.6.1.

after building and test perl5.6.1 with threads as root, when attempting
perl --version as a non root user I get the following errors


exec(): 0479-036 Cannot load program /usr/local/bin/perl5.6.1 because of the following errors:
	0509-023 Symbol _h_errno in ksh is not defined.
	0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format.
