Apparently my and Nicks efforts to fix h2xs intersected. Below is my
patch to 5.6.1's h2xs. I will not have time to analyse what Nick did
in EU::C soon, but maybe you will find something in what I did useful,
so the patches may be merged together.
I put the patch and the module in the attachments.
