I respectfully disagree: at least Inline::Files seems to be useful in a
huge variety of contexts. Perhaps Inline::Files could be considered for
core? Am I correct in understanding that the only prereq
(Filter::Util::Call) is already in the core for 5.7.2?

Of course, "module foo is so cool it should be in the core" is a cliche,
but I felt it had to be said. Feel free to not listen :)
