Apparently someone at the meeting said:

"hpux has an ipv6 kit; tru64, freebsd do; vms doesn't; windows does;"

Actually, Compaq's IP stack for VMS has been shipping with ipv6 
support for about six months now.  The ipv6 manual is here:

Other IP vendors appear still to be in the planning stages with their 
ipv6 implementations for VMS.
