[ID 20010720.005] UnicodeCD::compexcl is weird

This is a bug report for perl from simon@netthink.co.uk,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.33 running under perl v5.6.1.

Modification of a read-only value attempted at lib/UnicodeCD.pm line 409.

OK, that's just the usual for-aliasing-$_ action-at-a-distance, which
REALLY SUCKS. But I guess it's not a bug.

This is, though:

% perl -Ilib -MUnicodeCD=compexcl -e 'grep {compexcl $_} %{{1=>2}}'
Attempt to free non-existent shared string 'è' at lib/UnicodeCD.pm line 409.
