Exactly!
I tried perl@11238, and that test passes okay:

 (3 subtests UNEXPECTEDLY SUCCEEDED), 41 tests and 177 subtests skipped.
Failed 1/425 test scripts, 99.76% okay. 1/23062 subtests failed, 100.00%
okay.

there is another failing, but this is another story and I beleive it was
recently mentioned and fixed.
