Adds an uncolor sub to turn escape sequences back into the names for the
colors and highlights, and adds support for an environment variable that
one can set to tell Term::ANSIColor to just generate empty strings for all
the escape sequences. The latter is for the use of scripts that need to
run both on ANSI terminals and on dumb terminals like a Windows console;
users of the script on the latter device can just set the environment
variable and then not get the ugly escape sequences on the screen.
