In ./Makefile.SH, ldlibpth is set when building a shared
libperl so any perls invoked during the build process can find
the correct shared libperl. This is also required for make test,
of course. I am operating at the moment under the condition of
not building a shared libperl (just because that was the
default), but still using dynamic linking for extensions. Since I
am not using a shared libperl, ldlibpth is not set, and all the
tests which load shared extensions fail miserably.

Is there a reason why ldlibpth should not get set whenever any
dynamic linking is being done ( -n "$dynamic_ext" )?
