Hmm. I *could* do that, but...

Internals Tutorial will be freely available under Open Publication
License for anyone who wants it, and will go into *at least* everything
in perlguts and probably a bit more besides. (I haven't finished writing
it yet[1] by any stretch of the imagination, but developing drafts are
at http://www.netthink.co.uk/downloads.html. Should get done by the end
of next week.)</plug>

Maybe we could split the core guts documentation along the same lines as
that: perlhack-style material, stuff on SV/AV/HV/etc, stuff on ops, and
so on. Yet another argument in favour of multi-level documentation
directories.... :(

I've also given some thought to having a way of categorizing perlapi.pod
- having all the array-related functions together, for instance; it's
something I've needed to do myself anyway. Would that be useful?
