[ID 20010328.011] Perl 5.6.0 core dumping when using croak
Message ID:

This is a bug report for perl from jpo@di.uminho.pt,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.28 running under perl v5.6.0.

[Please enter your report here]

Perl v5.6.0 core dumps running the following script:

	--- script begin here ---
	#!/usr/bin/perl -w
	use strict;
	use Carp;

	my %h;

	sub func {
		my $hashref = shift or croak "Error message";
	}

	func(\%h);
	func();
	--- script ends here ---

If I remove one of the func() invocations (either one) the script
behaves as expected.

The above script runs without problems
Perl version 5.005_03 built for i386-linux.
