But if the bugs don't get to perl5-porters, who is going to fix them?

[sorry, digression. The answer to that question is "the usual hard working
few"; Sarathy, Jarkko, etc]

I think that the idea was a list that sinks loads of tiresome "OK" spam so
that when a bug happens, there's an archive to check in with thousands of
OK messages that lets anyone interested work out which platforms are known
not to fail in that way, and when was the last time that platform was known
not to fail.

Currently everyone on p5p gets all the OK messages, which to most people all
of the time and all people most of the time are "noise"
