The change isn't to File::Path, it is to the core.  The original question
stated that (builtin) mkdir("..../") didn't work, but (builtin)
mkdir("....") did work.  Both work in bleadperl, so the change to
File::Path isn't necessary.  Actually, changing File::Path was probably
wrong in the first place.
