Though the Simon's Infamous Torture Test succeeded, I now tested some
more and tr/// is not quite UTF-8 clean yet. I'll shortly send out a
proposed addition to t/op/tr.t (based on Simon's test) that exercizes
tr/// on UTF-8 in various nasty ways.
