Oops, i made a mistake, splitting works perfectly with perlfunc.pod,
but <not> with perlipc.pod
So it is not a lack of mksymlinks-option, more a bug in installhtml.
It seems, that also before the mksymlinks-option,
there was no splitted perlipc.html
