This is a build failure report for perl from pvhp@vale.forte.com,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.33 running under perl v5.7.0.

[.lib]filter-util.......FAILED on test 2
Failed 1 test, 95.33% okay.
u=29.97 s=0 cu=0 cs=0 scripts=246 tests=13301
A run by hand:
$ @perl_setup
$ set def [.t]
$ perl lib/filter-util.t
1..28
%RMS-E-FNF, file not found
%RMS-E-FNF, file not found
ok 1
ok 2
%RMS-E-FNF, file not found
%RMS-E-FNF, file not found
ok 3
This appears to be an extra VMS only SYS$ERROR message. By the way
this particular test does not use the
1 while unlink $filename;
idiom and leaves a big mess of files on VMS (I'd patch but I haven't over
come the problem with the RMS error messages at this time :-(.
