You get a description paragraph like this:

DESCRIPTION
  the Test::Harness manpage expects to see particular output when it
  executes tests.  This module aims to make writing proper test
  scripts just a little bit easier (and less error prone :-).

Which makes me chuckle ;-)

This is because of the innocent way the L<> structure is
handled.  This patch works around that:
