This is a bug report for perl from crt@kiski.net,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.32 running under perl v5.7.0.

io_multihomed.t was failing tests 6 and 7 where it forks and
passes some data back and forth ( neat trick for printing
"ok 6\n", IMHO ). This patch is for bleadperl.
