Some offbeat questions about Perl

Three questions about the current state of Perl:

1. Do the EMBED and/or MULTIPLICITY flags enable Perl to be linked into another
application that is multi-threaded and work properly?

2. Does Perl conform to the UNIX95/SPEC1170 standards?

3. Does Perl currently operate in a C2 security environment? Must Perl be
compiled on a C2 machine for it to function properly?

Thanks,
Jeff
