It is all too easy for a pumpking to overlook something - now I am 'it'
for a week or two I am going to say up-front that I am not infallible,
have a Tk port to work on and a day job.

So I for one would like _anyone_ that has a "pending patch" to check that their "hot
issues" are fixed in snapshot/rsync/whatever and say
"seems the XYZ bug addressed by my patch of 10 October 1999 is still there".

We have a mechanism in Test.pm for tests which should work but which
don't yet. A patch that added one of those would be safe to apply even if
the patch that fixed the problem was not to hand.
