So I for one would like _anyone_ that has a "pending patch" to check that their "hot issues" are fixed in snapshot/rsync/whatever and say "seems the XYZ bug addressed by my patch of 10 October 1999 is still there". We have a mechanism in Test.pm for tests which should work but which don't yet.
