Devel::DProf module question

Hi,
Hoping this question can get to the right person through this email address.
Thanks for listening. I have successfully used the DProf module and I think
it is awesome. However, I have a very large script which I need to profile
which uses the "-P" switch in the perl command line. This is the switch to
use the C pre-compiler on the script before running it. DProf does not
appear to work at all with this switch on. Does anyone know if there is a
way to get it to work? If this is a limitation and it simply will not work?

Thanks,
Kristen Bryant
