Not a joke.  I've always wanted those to pair like the other four
bracketing constructs.  Seems to me Larry liked it, too.  But they'd
have to pair like <<...>> not vice versa, or they wouldn't look
bracketing anymore (close to open instead of vice versa).

RFC, anybody?
