OS/2 is not the only system to use ; as a patch separator.
So the output "you're only running OS/2" is misleading. I added
a line to mention that it might be DOS-DJGPP as well; however, I assume
that the same output occurs on cygwin / mingw / etc builds on Win32.
Change as necessary.
