Asbestos panties aside, one doesn't put mice in with the python and expect
there to be much chewing or many survivors.

Most all human relationships work this way, but I dare say certain people 
are more welcome to chew than others. 

I think the point is valid. I admire Tom's passion and dedication to
certain matters but the delivery scares all but those who were raised in a
environment of equal or greater fury. 

A lot of people have left. How many will it take?

Not that people are irreplaceable, but time has value above all.
