[ID 20000410.008] [PATCH] IO::Socket::IMET does not honourdefault port value
Message ID:

This is a bug report for perl from gbarr@chipper.localdomain,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.28 running under perl v5.6.0.

[Please enter your report here]
IO::Socket::INET will return with an error if passed a service name
that is not known. Even if a default port number is given. THis
patch stops it returning an error if a default port is given.
