Bah. If you do that, you wind up creating a "martyr".

Banning accusations like this sets a terrible precedent...and actually 
begins to foster the very behavior he's accusing you folks of.

If you handle him with the quiet truth and calm rationality that I
used to know most of you for, I daresay he cannot possibly be the
problem that you are asserting he is.

Remember, attacks on reputations only work when taken seriously and
defended against. There is no need to defend against assertions that
are not true.
