  OK, it is probably my week memory confusing releases that I
  compiled versus releases I compiled and installed with all the
  modules.

  I assumed (no doubt correctly) that I was coming across
  something that was a long time in coming that needed to be
  tended to, so no, I didn't report it. I knew the general issue,
  but wasn't following too closely the implementation calendar.
