I am actually somewhat out of touch with that project, but the
cpan-testers mailinglist is usually also used for "meta" discussions etc,
so go ahead and ask there. It's excellent if you can start testing the
modules on Win32 as I believe that has been a somewhat missed part of the
effort in the past.
