Amen to that.  (Not to shortchange Chip, of course, who's heroic work on
5.004 was also truly amazing.)

I am continually amazed at the tremendous good some folks do as free
contributions to the greater community.  And I am often depressed how
swiftly some few come in and attempt to tear the good down.
