in their faces are screawing for something they don't need is no escuse
to pay attention to them.

You're wrong.  Again.  I use Perl as a scripting langauge within my
editor everyday.  Sometmies I even use it for its Perl API.  And I 
told need your "IDE" nonsense to do so.
