[ID 20000321.011] installation RC3

Hardly a bug exactly, but...

sh Configure -de
make
make test
make install

# then part way through the installation:

	Many scripts expect perl to be installed as /usr/bin/perl.
	Do you wish to have /usr/bin/perl be the same as
	/usr/local/bin/perl [y]

Surely this should be part of the 'sh Configure' steps/questions?
