This is a build failure report for perl from js@ddre.dk,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.27 running under perl v5.6.0.

Configuration:

  OS:         NT 4.0 SP 5
  Compiler:   gcc 2.95.2 (mingw32) with msvcrt

 
The RC2 release of perl 5.6.0 compiled fine.

When running "dmake test", the ususal test was skipped due to
running on a Nt platform, or because som compilerflags wasn't set (e.g. fork).

A numer of tests failed due to the following reason :
