[ID 20000310.021] Minor problem with perlfaq2

This is a bug report for perl from sbeck@cise.ufl.edu,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.26 running under perl 5.00503.

perlfaq2 says that:

     ftp.cis.ufl.edu:/pub/perl/comp.lang.perl.*/monthly has an
     almost complete collection dating back to 12/89 (missing
     08/91 through 12/93).  They are kept as one large file for
     each month.

We no longer maintain that archive (and haven't for over 3 years).
Please remove that that reference from the FAQ.
