[ID 20000324.034] perlbug problem && io/openpid test fails

Perlbug was not able to send the bug report out (it specified -t _and_ the
destination address on the commandline, which for exim-3 unfortunately
means that the address on the commandline will be excluded from delivery.

I've attached the original bug-report (io/openpid...) together with the
error message from exim.

The error that I reported with earlier (developer) versions of perl
regarding the io/openpid test, still happens with 5.6, despite I was being
told a few times thta it has been fixed ;->
