Version 5.5.650 caught some of the 64-bit and largefile stuff (and also
some related library searching stuff) in flux or about to be in flux.
Apologies in advance for whatever problems this may cause folks. For now,
you are probably best off *not* re-using an old config.sh from 5.5.640.
If you encounter new Configure problems not already reported, please do
report them, but please also be patient and understanding. If you are
interested in debugging things, pay careful attention to uselargefiles,
use64bits, and the intsize and longsize config.sh variables. These are
things I suspect may be in error on some platforms.
But hey, folks wanted rapid releases, right?
