Tom, this verbal abuse is gratuitious.  You should apologize
immediately.

Besides, you're wrong.  My real live Linux system had a dynamic IP
when I used RoadRunner cable modem in Florida, and still does have a
dynamic IP when I'm on the road and using IBM ^W AT&T Business
dialups.
