A recent update to unicode data wiped out informative readme.tex,
inserting instead a broken .html file.  Even following the only
working link in this file leads to yet another broken link.

Why not include

  ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/3.0-Update/UnicodeData-3.0.0.html

as well as lynx-formated version?
