GCC 2.95.2 and Perl 5.005_63/5.6

To what degree will the upcomming versions of Perl support the Win32
versions (Mingw,  Cygwin and UWIN) now that the new GCC 2.95.2 are
released.

GNU make is included in the MingW32 distribution, just as in the
other "unix" compilers. Are you going to make a new makefile for the
windows ditributions (mingw32/cygwin & uwin), so we can start using the
standard gnu make utillity ?
