[PATCH 5.005_03 and 5.005_62] updates to README.vms

From:
Craig A. Berry
Date:
October 27, 1999 09:03
Subject:
[PATCH 5.005_03 and 5.005_62] updates to README.vms
Message ID:
4.2.0.58.19991027105257.00addc10@mmtnt11.metamor.com
This patch mostly fixes out-of-date contact and vmsperl subscription info.
It should be applied to both stable and development releases.
