Well, I asked this of the local perlmongers, but alas everyone's too busy, or there are no good ideas, so it's time for wider distribution. In yesterday's New York Times (presumably just the NYC and surroundings edition) there's a glossy blow-in Banana Republic ad that has a very cute white alpaca (or possibly llama) and the ad is just *begging* for a "Got Perl?" caption. Unfortunately, to do it right, the beast needs a moustache. Or something. At this point the only thing I can think of that'd be even close would be to lift Larry's from one of TPC 3.0 pictures and photoshop it on, but that requires: 1) A scanner that can handle an 11x20 glossy original 2) A good picture of Larry's moustache 3) Art skills 4) Photoshop to be a legitimate verb Given that none of the requirements are met, and I'd really like to maul the original rather than an electronic copy... other suggestions? Anyone? Anyone? Beuller?
