Where have all the bugs gone?

I sent the attached to Richard aboyut two weeks ago, but got no
response.      I see that (according to the search page) there are still
no entries recorded in the database after 19990914.002 .

What gives?

I just tried looking in the perlbug database for [ID 19990930.011]
and couldn't find it.    Widening the search to all messages in
September, i.e. ticket 199909% , gave me a list of 54, the last of which
was 19990914.002 .

What's happened to the second half of September?   All the messages
relating to [ID 19990930.011] *are* in the p5p archive.
