[ID 19991023.003] Make RealClean, Clean, DistClean

This is a bug report for perl from wwwadmin@wizard.ca,
generated with the help of perlbug 1.26 running under perl 5.00503.

Never ever had to uninstall perl before, so never ran into this, but trying to run the clean, realclean, and distclean after install gave me the error that there is no target for config.sh required by Makefile.

Just thought I would drop along the note..
