   The attached simple update adds a debugger option
"break_on_warn" which causes the debugger to stop before executing the
next statement after a warning is issued.    Usually, perl
"warnings" are indications of severe program errors (i.e., an
uninitialized variable error could be a mis-constructed hash key).  With
this option the debugger stops and you can display veriables, etc., to
figure out what caused the warning.

Please consider adding this to the next release.
